ICE99
Internal Combustion Engines:
Experiments and Modelling
Capri, September 12-16, 1999
The successful of "ICE97" has encouraged to organise the fourth international conference "ICE99" to stimulate the scientific community to discuss on advanced research strategies and new technologies to develop engines for road vehicles in the future. Thus work in progress on new diagnostic and control techniques, methodological approach, emission measurement techniques, new numerical schemes, as well as new engine technologies are expected.
Papers are welcome in the areas related to experiments and modelling of internal combustion engines. The conference will include the following seven technical topics:
- Fluid dynamics, reactive flows and combustion
- Engine simulation and control
- Liquid fuels, CNG and LPG
- Two stroke engine wear parts
- Emissions measurement and after-treatment
- Vehicle real use: emissions and energy consumption
- Reliability analysis and evaluation
